Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Italy and the rest of the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via our Shopify-integrated shipping partner, with tracking included.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over €100 within the EU.
  • Calculated rates on orders under €100, displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in South Tyrol, Italy, within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays).

Estimated delivery times

  • Italy: 2 to 5 business days from order date.
  • Rest of European Union: 4 to 9 business days from order date.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, or peak periods.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Failed deliveries

If our carrier is unable to deliver your order (incorrect address, recipient not available after standard delivery attempts), the package will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment shows no movement in tracking for more than five business days, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund as needed.

Customs and import duties

Shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import taxes for the recipient. VAT is included in the displayed price at checkout.
